It is up to you! Your subscription will automatically renew every month or 3 months, depending on the format you have signed up for. You can cancel it anytime before your contract date.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a method of putting a coach (the professional) and a coachee (the client) in a relationship in order to help the latter achieve their goals. It is an amazing process for personal development. It can be used in business too. There are many niches in coaching, even cuisine coaching! Now, as much as I would consider myself a decent cook, I do prefer coaching people on their health and habits, which is part of the "life coaching" category. And when applied to procrastination and productivity, it can become business coaching for corporations & executives too.

I already do therapy, how is coaching going to help me?

Firstly, let me thank you for doing the hard deep work in therapy! I have done it myself and it takes courage and patience (and budget too!).

If I had to draw a line, I would say that coaching focuses on your present and your future while psychotherapy focuses on your past. Coaches deal with who you are now and where you want to go or who you want to become. Now, needless to say, psychotherapy and coaching do wonders with each other! The closest coaching will come to your past will be if you need to work on your limiting beliefs. With some reframing techniques borrowed from psychotherapy, coaches are often able to help you dismantle your limiting beliefs so the coaching program can move forward.

I have never done coaching before, what happens during a session?

A coaching relationship is built on trust and rapport. When we start, it can feel intimidating because we do not know each other yet, but after a few minutes, you will discover that it is just a flow and you own it the whole time. A coaching session is always focused on you and what you have in your mind. I will mostly ask you questions. There is no right or wrong answers, only YOUR answers. I like to go deep and even though sometimes it might feel uncomfortable, this is necessary to move forward and sometimes achieve transformation.

There are so many coaches out there, what is so special about you?

Coaching is booming! I believe there is a perfect shoe for every foot.


I am specialized in what I believe is the cement of changing human behaviors: the science of habit forming. You can achieve pretty much anything if you know how to form habits.

Want to lose weight? Make a natural habit of eating a balanced diet for a lifetime. Control your calories, cook and sustain this habit for life.

Want to exercise more? Build a habit for working out, so in no time, it won't be a question of motivation anymore, you will just do it.

Everything you want to achieve in life can be rooted in habits. It is science.


I also offer a hybrid method to all my clients by mixing coaching and consulting techniques. So when you have your own resources, I will coach you to tap into them and dig deeper, but when I see you do not have them, I offer my experience and expertise for you to learn and activate your transformation faster. This is really special and not very common.

Are we meeting in person or online?

For now, I only deliver online coaching sessions through video calls on Zoom. If it is your first time being coached and you are finding it difficult or uncomfortable to do a video call through Zoom, we can arrange a 20min Free Discovery Call without video.

I do not have the budget for coaching but really want a change, what should I do?

Coaching is less expensive than psychotherapy, but still not affordable for everyone. I understand.

Now of course, it is all about priorities in life. Let me ask you: Do you smoke? Drink? Shop on Amazon? Gamble? Eat fast foods and order out often? Get Starbucks coffees every day?

If you have replied "no" to each of these questions, you might be eligible for my Pro Bono Program. I do offer a free 45min real coaching sessions to people who are in need without having the means. When can I schedule my call?

Paid or free, right after your payment/free call button click, you will be redirected to my calendar so you can see available slots for you. Dates and times are automatically displayed in your time zone as I have a global clientele.

Everything from health, nutrition, wellness, habit forming, life changes, planning & strategy, all the way to limiting beliefs.

I offer what I call hybrid coaching, which is a combination of coaching and consulting.

Will my data will stay safe private?

I value privacy and will never give your data away to anyone. All the information you provide in the Health & Wellness questionnaire will be kept on my server and can be deleted on your request anytime.
