THE CORE OF MINIMAL HABITS

The word "holistic" comes from "holism" which is the idea that systems work better together as a whole than as a combination of separate parts (this is why holism can also be called wholism). There are correlations in between all these parts that make a whole. It goes this way with your health that is so much more than clean arteries and clear beautiful skin!

Minimal Habits is a comprehensive method that includes the only three pillars you need for a fulfilling and healthy life.



HOW ARE THESE PILLARS SUPPORTING YOUR HEALTH?


Each of these 3 pillars are connected, as the foundation of your health. They work alongside and affect each other in ways you would hardly imagine, to create a balance, this is what we can call Health.
Your environment supports everything, while your mind controls your body and your environment choices.
Addressing only one non-optimal or dysfunctional aspect of your life, in one specific pillar, will rarely solve the underlying issue and prevents you from optimal health.

MY HYBRID METHOD

I have developed the Minimal Habits Method, a "Hybrid Coaching" practice that is a niche combination of Coaching and Consulting.


I am a certified coach in the Health & Nutrition industry and passionate about revealing my clients' own potential as much as I am an expert in habits forming, processes, organization, goals setup and performance. With CONSULTING, you do not have the answers, skills or experience, so I am bringing expertise and tips to you. You can achieve your goals while learning techniques and get a different perspective on things.

HEY, I’M SANDRA…

...a fat-loss coach who’s all about making nutrition work with your life—not against it. I believe that fat loss doesn’t have to mean starvation, suffering, or giving up the things you love. Instead, it’s about building healthy habits that are sustainable and finding balance so you can live your life to the fullest while still getting real results.


I wasn’t always a fat-loss coach. Like many of you, I’ve seen the cycle of restrictive diets, food guilt, and endless cardio sessions that lead nowhere. I realized people are often misled by flashy fads and temporary fixes, and what’s missing is real education and support. That’s why I made it my mission to help people understand the science behind fat loss, focusing on nutrition, mindset, and creating lasting changes that don’t feel like punishment.


When it comes to working with my clients, I’m all about accountability and practicality. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. Each person has different needs, goals, and lifestyles, so I customize my approach to suit you. My coaching focuses on teaching you how to work with macros, eat more protein, stay full, and reduce ultra-processed foods—all while making sure you’re not feeling deprived. I’ll show you how to track your food (without obsessing over it) and help you set realistic goals that align with your daily life.


What makes me the best coach for you? First of all, I coach in 3 languages, across the World, in any time zone, and serve all genders, ages and cultural background!
But also, I’m invested in
your journey. I’m not just here to hand you a meal plan (I won't give you any!) and send you off. I provide daily follow-ups, feedback, and motivation to keep you on track, celebrating your wins and helping you through the challenges. Whether it’s adjusting your macros, improving sleep, increasing activity, or even managing stress, I’m with you every step of the way.


I believe that fat loss doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective. My coaching is about small, consistent habits that lead to big, sustainable changes.
