You can sign up for either 4 or 12 weeks (save $80 with the 12-week option!). Once your payment is processed, I'll send you a pre-call questionnaire to gather the essentials and a link to schedule our video call.
FIRST CALL
We'll kick things off by introducing ourselves, discussing your struggles and goals, and then create a custom plan together with the milestones and weekly goals you need.
4-WEEK COACHING
For the next 4 weeks, we'll stay connected every weekday via text messages at your convenience, no matter your time zone. We can also swap audio notes and videos as needed—I use WhatsApp with all my clients since it's efficient and widely used. Each weekday, I'll keep you accountable for your goals, nutrition, tracking, and any new habits you're setting, like hitting a step count or making sure you're getting enough protein in your diet!
AFTER 4 WEEKS
Both the 4-week and 12-week plans are subscriptions and will renew automatically. If you'd prefer to stop the program, just let me know before the renewal date, and I’ll take care of it—no fuss. Most of my clients stay enrolled for several months or even a year, preferring not to deal with monthly payments and the risk of service interruptions if they're late.
